Struggling not to throw up right now....

` Originally, my next post was going to be about my genetic experiments involving Chee-tos (I'm not making this up), but alas, Chee-tos barely have any intact DNA. ...So, I did all that mortar-and-pestling for nothing!
` But, here are some pictures I've been hoarding since then. These weren't Chee-tos gene fragments, though:

` This is actually copied human DNA bits, frozen after racing across the electrified gel at the speed of... DNA racing across electrified gel. As you can see, some of it actually moved so fast that the gel cracked!

` Or maybe not. Maybe I'm just clumsy. Uh... if you were looking for me to be amusing and haven't already been here and here, I got nothin'.

` And now for a commercial:
See how Exiqon’s proprietary Locked Nucleic Acids™ (LNA) technology can unlock the secrets of microRNAs and accelerate your research. Our powerful miRCURY™ LNA arrays, probes, and labeling kits can help you seek, find, and verify a full range of microRNAs, prioritize leads, and study selected candidates—quickly, sensitively, and specifically. ...
` Well, time for me to go throw up!

So how about building me a new improved me, once you have this stuff figured out? :) Maybe some stem cells with telomerase...

I'm glad you were safe from the storms.
